본 전시회의 주관사인 리드익스비션즈는/은 전시회 등록시스템 서비스 제공을 위하여 관계 법령에 따라  아래와 같이 개인정보를 수집, 이용하는 내용을 알리오니 자세히 읽으신 후 동의 여부를 결정하여 주십시오. Agreement to Collect and Use Personal Information and Use of Personal Information for the 2019 Comic Con Seoul by ReedPOP and Reed Exhibitions. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, ReedPOP and Reed Exhibitions, the organizers of Comic Con Seoul(CCS), collect and use personal information as below.

◆ 수집/이용 항목
  - 필수 항목 : 성명, 휴대폰, 이메일, 성별, 연령, 국가, 지역, 참여유형, 전년도 참가유무, 선호컨텐츠, 인지경로
  - Required: Name, Mobile number, Email address, Gender, Age, Country & Regions, Type of Participation, Revisit (Retention), Favorite Genres, and Channels to get to know CCS and Purpose to visit

  - 선택 항목 : 선호하는 팝컬쳐, 인지경로, 참가목적
  - Optional: Favorite genres and Channels to get to know CCS, purpose to visit

◆ 수집/이용 목적
  관람객들의 편의와 참가업체 상호간의 유용한 정보 교류 서비스 제공을 위한 전시회 출입증 발급, 전자명함시스템 제공, 입장 팔찌 제공 등에 이용되며, 본 전시회에서 수집한 개인정보는 차기 전시회 초대권 발송, 설문조사 및 안내를 위한 용도 외의 다른 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다. Your information will be only used for printing badges and wrist bands or sending complimentary tickets, survey and information of next event.

  ※ 참가업체 부스 방문 시 출입증에 표기된 바코드를 스캔(사용)하는 경우, 해당 참가업체의 마케팅 활용 목적의 개인정보 제공에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. Please remind that if you scan the badge with barcode to the scanning system in the certain exhibitor’s booths, it will be automatically recognized as that you have been consent to the use of your information by that certain exhibitors’ booths.

◆ 개인정보 취급 업무의 위탁 Consignment of personal information handling business
  본 전시회는 서비스 향상을 위해서 아래와 같이 개인정보를 위탁하고 있으며, 관계 법령에 따라 위탁계약 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리될 수 있도록 필요한 사항을 규정하고 있습니다. Collected personal information will only be used within a range informed in ‘Purpose of collection and use’. Information will not be used out of this range or given to other people, company, or organization except for organizer, managing department, and sponsors except the company stated below.

		위탁 업무내용 Consignment Scope : 등록시스템 운영위탁, 전자명함 시스템 서비스 제공 등 Managing ticketing and registration booths and the wrist bands, tickets and badges etc
		이용 및 보유기간 Utilization and retention period : 위탁계약 종료 시까지 End of consignment agreement with SYSFORU regarding CCS 2019

◆ 이용, 보유기간 Period to retain and use
  개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기 합니다.
  (단, 기타 법령에 따로 정하는 경우는 해당 기간까지 보관) When purposes of collection and use is accomplished or when the expiry date of keeping personal information is done, all the collected data will be promptly discarded. (But if the period is specifically stated, it shall be keep until the specified date.)

◆ 기타 고지 사항 Miscellaneous
  개인정보 보호법 제15조 제1항 제3호에 따라 정보주체의 동의 없이 개인정보를 수집‧이용합니다. Personal information is collected and used without the consent of the information subject to Article 15 paragraph 1 subparagraph 3 of the Privacy Act.

◆ 동의거부 권리 및 불이익 Denial of consent rights and disadvantages
  필수항목을 기재하지 않거나 개인정보 수집·이용에 거부하는 경우, 본 전시회에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. 또한 전시회 출입증 또는 입장 팔찌 발급이 불가하여 재 입장 등 입장의 제한이 발생될 수 있습니다. If you reject to provide required information the service provided by this exhibition is not available. In addition, the entry badges or wrist bands cannot be issues so there will be restriction in entry or re-entry.
